Roche Xproject

Roche Xproject cutdowns. Showing 3 variation of 1x1 animaties used for social, showing how the animation is made in blocks and interchangeble depending on use.

Client
Roche, in collaboration with Hello Monday and produced by Mehdi Assem.

The Challenge
Roche XProject: Closing the Gap in Women's Healthcare was built around the voices of more than 600 women sharing personal experiences of misdiagnosis, misinformation and unequal access to care. The challenge was to translate these sensitive stories into a clear and engaging animation campaign that could raise awareness while remaining accessible across different digital platforms.

My Role
I created the 2D animations and helped develop a flexible motion design system that stayed true to Roche's visual identity while supporting a wide range of campaign assets. A key part of the project was designing interchangeable scene transitions and reusable motion principles, making it easy to adapt the content into multiple cutdowns, aspect ratios and social formats without losing consistency.

Alpro in Motion

Client
Alpro, in collaboration with Dorst & Lesser.

The Challenge
The goal was to create a fresh and playful brand motion system that supports Alpro's message that plant-based is for everyone. The challenge was to develop a recognisable, scalable motion design system that could be used across social media, digital campaigns and global brand communications, combining creativity with a clear and authentic visual identity.

My Role
I was involved helping shaping Alpro’s motion design system, working on both the previous and current brand animations. I developed the outro animations and helped define how lines, colours, ingredients, and typography move on screen. The result is a flexible motion toolkit that is now used worldwide and can easily be adapted for different formats and campaigns. I continue to support the team whenever needed.

With this playful and appetising motion style, plant-based drinks became even more inviting for a broad audience.

ROBIN - Een interactief levensverhaal

Client
The Dutch Research Council (NWO), in collaboration with Public Cinema.

The Challenge

Robin de Film is an interactive animated experience that explores possible futures and today's scientific challenges through branching storytelling. At the end of each chapter, viewers decide how the story continues, leading to one of sixteen different endings. The challenge was to create a story-driven animation that remained clear, engaging and visually consistent across every possible narrative path.

My Role
Working alongside a team of twelve animators, I helped develop storyboards, designs and animations for 31 chapters, resulting in more than 90 minutes of animated content produced within just three months. Alongside animation and editing, I coordinated the design and animation team, helping maintain consistency, pacing and visual quality across every storyline.

Curious to explore the different endings? Experience the project yourself at robindefilm.nl.
